Environmental Justice Days of Action

Our next Day of Action, Gravois Park Clean Up, is on October 9th, 9am-12pm, in partnership with Gravois Park Neighborhood Association. This is our last Day of Action for this year! Volunteers will provide assistance in an alley clean up around Gravois Park. Volunteers will be treated to a boxed lunch from Dutchtown Market.

 

Green Curbside Hop 2021: Announcing The Grove Green Dining District

Our second Green Curbside Hop will be Saturday, October 23rd, 4-8pm in The Grove. We are delighted to celebrate The Grove as our newest Green Dining District with this event!

Follow the scavenger hunt map to each restaurant to pick up your sample, then pop over to the earthday365 booth to get your sustainable bonus prize. Additionally, each Hop ticket holder is automatically entered in a raffle to win a bicycle or a Green Dining Alliance Gift Basket!

This event is designed for COVID safety and built-in social distancing.

Urban Chestnut and Gezellig will each provide a pour from their selection of draft beers. Grace Meat + Three will have their chicken nuggets with dipping sauce. Communications and Marketing Manager

The Communications & Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing earthday365’s brand presence in the community through marketing and promotion, with the opportunity to manage high-impact regional messaging campaigns on key environmental issues. This role’s primary focus will be to manage the development of all communication and marketing materials that support earthday365’s programs, events, and fundraising efforts. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits. Deadline to apply is October 31st at 12pm.
 

Green Dining Alliance Program Manager

The GDA Program Manager’s primary focus will be to recruit and mentor new restaurants while recertifying existing GDA restaurants and helping them meet new sustainability goals on a yearly basis. The Manager will be the chief liaison with program participants and stakeholders. The candidate should be prepared to work independently to create new business leads, develop relationships, perform restaurant sustainability audits, and coordinate the program with support from earthday365. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits. Deadline to apply is October 15th at 12pm.
