Taste of Green: Our Premier Fundraiser!

Taste of Green, our premier fundraising event, is just a few weeks away — and every ticket to this exciting evening supports our work to make St. Louis more sustainable.

Come savor sustainably crafted, delicious bites from several Green Dining Alliance certified restaurants, including Olive + Oak, Sugarwitch, Crema Coffeehouse, Snarf’s Sandwiches, Alpha Brewing Company, and our new additions: Baileys’ Range and Panorama at the St. Louis Art Museum!

Join us as we celebrate achievements from the 2025 St. Louis Food Waste Challenge and raise a glass to their leadership in reducing food waste and protecting our planet (first drink’s on us!).

Enjoy an evening of great food, great music from DJ Agile One, and great memories at our Everyday Elegance photo booth. You’ll also have the chance to bid on high-value items in our silent auction, with all proceeds fueling our year-round sustainability efforts through earthday365 and the Green Dining Alliance program.

Help us create a greener future — and fill your plate with incredible local flavors. Tickets and more details below!

SNAP Benefits Cut:
How Can We Support Our Community?

As you may already know, recent cuts and delays to SNAP benefits have left many families struggling to afford groceries — including more than 324,000 households right here in Missouri.

In moments like these, our communities have the power to step up and support one another.

More families than ever are turning to local food pantries to help fill the gap. If you’re able, consider supporting these vital resources — even a small donation makes a big difference. Monetary gifts go further than food donations, since pantries can stretch every dollar to buy exactly what’s needed, often at lower bulk prices.

You can find a list of food pantries and donation opportunities near you below.

Every act of generosity today helps a family put food on the table tomorrow.

Recycling On the Go - September Recap

Event season ended with a bang! ♻️

Our Recycling On the Go team was out in full force this October, keeping waste out of landfills and helping thousands of eventgoers learn how to compost and recycle along the way. Huge shoutout to every ROG team member for powering through 15 event days in one month and making such an incredible impact!

It’s always reassuring to see recycling and composting options at events, and we were proud to make this possible for Best of Missouri Market, FestAbility, Chuseok Korean Harvest Fest, GroveFest, Wolf Fest, Diamond Diva, Leaves & Local, Community Conservation Days, and Forest Park Forever’s Membership Event.

Next, we’re switching gears to start planning for the 2026 St. Louis Earth Day Festival…thank you all for an amazing event season!
