Earth Day Festival Vendor Registration Closes March 17th

STL Green Drinks Happy Hour 

STL Green Drinks will be hosting their March happy hour at GDA-certified Three Kings Public House. Support local green dining and join in the conversations of fellow environmentalists and sustainable living advocates TONIGHT. The second Wednesday of each month will feature a new GDA-certified establishment for happy hour.

When: Wednesday, March 8th, 6-8pm

Location: Three Kings Public House (6307 Delmar Blvd. 63130)

 

Environmental Justice Days of Action 2023

 

Join us for our Earth Month Environmental Justice Day of Action on Saturday, April 1st 9am-12pm in the Marine Villa neighborhood! We are partnering with  Dutchtown South Community CorporationMarine Villa Neighborhood Association, and Perennial, sponsored by StraightUp Solar. We’ll meet at Monroe Elementary School (3641 Missouri Ave.), and finish at Perennial, where volunteers will celebrate a job well done with food and crafts! Celebrate Earth Month with us by taking action. We are partnering with community organizations to bring you these special volunteer events to help address food apartheid and illegal dumping.

ROG Recycling Ambassador

Want to jumpstart a career in sustainability or the environmental movement? earthday365 is hiring seasonal, part-time, paid ($15/hour) Recycling Ambassadors for our Recycling On the Go program. Position includes opportunities for outreach booth educational engagement as well as event composting and recycling at outdoor events and festivals. Green Dining Alliance Program Intern

The GDA Program Intern’s primary focus will be to support GDA audits and outreach to new restaurants. Additional initiatives include working with the GDA Manager to communicate updates, restaurant news and events, sustainability news, and general information about the GDA in print or social media. Opportunities exist to focus on projects specific to the Intern’s unique skill set and interests. The candidate should be prepared to work independently with support from the GDA Program Manager. This is a part-time, unpaid internship.
