We are excited to announce our new Assistant Program Manager for the Green Dining Alliance, Dune Santangelo (they/them). Dune recently graduated from Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasis in Culinary Arts. They will be supporting Victoria Donaldson, Program Manager, in the execution of the Green Dining Alliance program, including completing audits, working with restaurants, and developing marketing and outreach materials.
