Executive Director's COVID-19 Response Update

Many of us feel powerless as we confront the enormity of the problems we currently face. We at earthday365 are undergoing an intensive period of self-reflection as an organization, asking: How can our programs create the greatest impact for all of our St. Louis communities?

In the meantime, we look for immediate ways to be of use and respond to the intertwined crisis of the pandemic and racial injustice. We would like to announce two initiatives with direct impact: the GDA Relief Fund and upcycling masks from Festival t-shirts.

Learn more about these initiatives and read our full COVID-19 Response Update.

The Story of Plastic Film Screening

Thursday, July 2nd from 4-6:30pm

The Story of Plastic takes a sweeping look at the man-made crisis of plastic pollution and the worldwide effect it has on the health of our planet and the people who inhabit it. Spanning three continents, the film illustrates the ongoing catastrophe: fields full of garbage, veritable mountains of trash, rivers and seas clogged with waste, and skies choked with the poisonous emissions from plastic production and processing.

The film screening will be 4-5:30pm, followed by a discussion 5:30-6:30pm.
