earthday365's Green Dining Alliance (GDA) presents the second St. Louis Food Waste Challenge! Our 6 participating Green Dining Alliance restaurants for 2024 are Olive + Oak, Flavor 360, Panorama (in the St. Louis Art Museum), SqWires Restaurant & Market, Sugarwitch, and Alpha Brewing Company.

We are so excited to see what these local leaders in circularity accomplished in October, and we invite you to hear all about their achievements at our grand celebration on Tuesday, November 19th from 6pm to 8pm!

You'll have the opportunity to taste their creative food waste strategies yourself, as every restaurant will be serving unique hors d'oeuvre creations made from their own food scraps.
